🔒 LOGIN & TECHNICAL POLICY:

• Personal device issues, poor internet, app updates, or expired device tokens will not be grounds for refund or extension.
• Students must keep the app and devices updated and clear cache when required.
• Temporary technical issues are generally resolved within 24–72 hours.

🕒 RECORDED COURSE POLICY:

• EKLAVYA is a recorded course.
• Lectures can be watched at your convenience within the 6-month validity.
• Students are responsible for completing lectures, practice material, and tests within the validity period.
• No individual extra classes will be arranged for missed lectures.

📬 COMMUNICATION:

Official communication will be through the MathsCare Digital App, support calling, and official WhatsApp groups. MathsCare Digital is not responsible for missed updates due to muted/left groups or incorrect contact details.
